1/11/2024: Funding for Rent and Utilities is available *APPLICATIONS FOR ASSISTANCE WILL BE ACCEPTED ON THE SECOND (2nd) and Fourth (4th) MONDAYS at 9AM *BE AWARE THAT ALL FUNDS FOR RENT/UTILITY ASSISTANCE COME FROM SEVERAL DIFFERENT SOURCES, AND EACH SOURCE HAS DIFFERENT REQUIREMENTS (INCOME IS JUST ONE OF MANY FACTORS); ADDITIONALLY, FUNDING SOURCES CAN CHANGE FREQENTLY *Program may be able to assist qualifying persons with past due rent and/or utilities (and in some cases rental and/or utilities deposits) *Walk-ins are not accepted; a phone screening is required *Funding is available for adults with or without children in the home *For families with at least one child in the home who is age 17 or under, the adult applying for assistance must be the parent or guardian of the minor child or children who live in the home *Food pantry hours are from 9AM-Noon from Monday-Thursday; Baby diaper/other baby items assistance is available from 2:30PM-3:30PM from Monday-Thursday; Walk-ins are accepted for food and baby items only; Clients must bring a photo ID for food and baby items, and clients are eligible once every two months

*Targeted Outreach for Pregnant Women Act (TOPWA) for pregnant women with high-risk for HIV, HIV+, and/or substance abusers and not receiving appropriate prenatal care offering high-risk women free pregnancy and HIV testing to reduce incidences of neo-natal HIV/AIDS as well as education on appropriate prenatal care, education to HIV-infected pregnant women on benefits of treatment to reduce perinatal transmission, referral and linkage for ongoing care coordination *Access to emergency needs: food and shelter, and follow-up care to ensure that mother continues to receive necessary services Other locations: Belle Glade, 1500 NW Ave L, Ste B, 33430; Wellington 1230 South Shore Blvd.

*With a referral from a Ryan White case manager, weekly groceries and/or ready-to-eat meals, frozen meals and breakfast items for HIV/AIDS clients picked up at the pantry by able bodied clients or delivered for people unable to travel if they qualify *Contains food for two generous meals daily, plus light snacks or light lunch for seven days; clients with children are provided additional food for dependent children

*Available throughout Florida *Frozen, prepared food purchase for home delivery for persons of any age *Meal selections include diabetic, low sodium, low cholesterol, renal and puree entrees for restricted diets, traditional, breakfast entrees, soups and ethnic meals, and desserts *Menus and recipes developed by registered dietician and geriatric physician *Funding available through Medicaid Waiver, Long Term Managed Care *Minimum purchase of 10 meals

Gainesville Area AIDS Project, Inc (GAAP)

*GAAP is a volunteer organization for anyone infected or affected by HIV or AIDS, offering community referrals, support and social get-togethers like movies, plays, trips, and meals *Administers the TREE Project (The Replenishment of Everyday Essentials), which provides toiletries and household items that Food Stamps do not cover *Provides referrals for Ryan White Titles, HOPWA and PAC *Lunch served Tuesdays 10am-2pm, dinner served last Friday of each month 5pm-7pm, Drop-in Center open 9am-11am, 3rd Saturday
