*Non-emergency transportation for any trip purpose to destinations in Madison, Jefferson, Taylor and Leon Counties; extended transportation to Gadsden County may be available through coordination with Gadsden branch of Big Bend Transit for an additional fee
*Also non-emergency transportation for any residents who qualify as "Transportation Disadvantaged" due to disability, low-income, age or other extenuating circumstances
*Shuttle service available in Madison and Taylor Counties
*All riders should call their local number by 2PM, 24 hours in advance of trip to make arrangements for transportation; CTD application needed for lower cost
*Paratransit, specialized, door-to-door transport service for people with disabilities who are not able to ride fixed-route public transportation, is available six days a week in Gadsden, Jefferson, Madison, and Taylor counties, seven days per week in Leon county
*If a car seat is needed for an underage child, adult must supply it
*Wheelchair transportation service available at no extra cost, if requested at the time of reservation
*Vanpool vehicles available for residents who wish to share fees covering the cost of lease and gas
*Taylor County: Offers free shuttle service for local veterans to Lake City VA every Tuesday and the Tallahassee VA clinic every Thursday; Call the day before to make a reservation
*Madison County: Offers free shuttle service for local veterans to Lake City VA every Wednesday; Call the day before to make a reservation
*Jefferson County: Offers transit to and from Tallahassee for $1 a ride with three different buses that hold up to 14 passengers
