*Families with children permitted; up to four people only in two-bedroom unit
*Only low-income applicants may apply; call for current income guidelines
*Either head of household, co-head, or spouse must be physically disabled to the extent it interferes with mobility and/or independent living; caregiver counted toward tenant limits
*Persons with mental health or developmental disabilities eligible, but not given priority
*Head of household must be 18 years of age or older; background checks
*Applications taken and apartments filled on a first-come, first serve basis

Call for an appointment; messages will be returned within 48 hours

Sliding scale, 30% of adjusted annual income
