*Targeted Outreach for Pregnant Women Act (TOPWA) offers screening to women of childbearing age, offering HIV and pregnancy testing and HIV prevention education
*Primary source of medical care for infants, children, youth, women and families infected with or affected by HIV and AIDS in Central Florida; successful in limiting transmission of HIV from pregnant mothers to their unborn child
*Case management, referrals for socio-economic needs: WIC, SNAP, Medicaid, follow-up, transportation to prenatal care visits
*Community baby showers for all eligible mothers
*Services take place at the Sunshine Care Center which is part of the Central DOH location
