*Group offers an opportunity to learn and benefit from experiences of persons who have "been there", motivation to follow treatment plan, help with understanding that a mood disorder does not define a person, rediscovering strengths and humor, and a forum for mutual acceptance, understanding, and self-discovery
*Meeting at Apalachee Center 2634 Capital Circle N.E Building J on Mondays 7PM- 8:30PM; entrance is at the top of the stairs, door will be locked after 7PM knock if you arrive late, parking in the front of Building J, handicapped parking is in the back and on the side with a ramp to the front of Building J; for more information Mary Alice (850) 570-1916 or linzym@centurylink.net
