Lee's Place Grief and Loss Counseling Program
*Group practice and 501c3 non-profit currently accepting new patients, in a location which is accessible and can be reached by public transportation
*Fees based on a sliding-scale from $0 - $120 based on client's income and number of dependents; first session is free; no insurance accepted, but will give clients copies of invoices to file with insurance on their own as requested which will include diagnosis codes
*Treats children aged 4 through adults individually or as families in person by video (telemental health); support groups available for groups of four or more people; specialty treatment areas include grief, loss, and trauma such as divorce, abandonment (incarcerations, foster care, adoption, service families), abuse, suicide, homicide, crime, loss of functionality, loss of home or job, long-term illnesses, other life transitions, as well as death
*Practice cannot prescribe or manage patient's medications and all mental health professionals are English speaking only
