*The following programs are not the same as health or dental insurance:
*Dental Discounts: low fee program providing discounted rates on dental procedures; membership card has number to call for dentists in the program
*Health Discounts: low fee program providing discounted rates on health services, supplies and procedures; membership card has number to call for health care providers in the program
*Free prescription discount card program offering average savings of 24 percent off retail price of commonly prescribed drugs for all County residents, regardless of age, income or existing health coverage at over 40 Leon County pharmacies
*County residents can save money by using card for drugs their health plan does not cover
*No enrollment form, no membership fee and no restrictions or limits on frequency of use
*Cardholders and family members simply present card at participating pharmacy any time their prescriptions are not covered by insurance
*Pet owners may receive a discount on medication by taking prescription to a participating retail pharmacy
