*Targeted Outreach for Pregnant Women Act (TOPWA) offers screening to women of childbearing age, offering HIV and pregnancy testing and HIV prevention education *Primary source of medical care for infants, children, youth, women and families infected with or affected by HIV and AIDS in Central Florida; successful in limiting transmission of HIV from pregnant mothers to their unborn child *Case management, referrals for socio-economic needs: WIC, SNAP, Medicaid, follow-up, transportation to prenatal care visits *Community baby showers for all eligible mothers *Services take place at the Sunshine Care Center which is part of the Central DOH location

*Provides information and referral to pregnant women, prospective adoptive parents, adult adoptees, birth relatives, professionals, Specialized and Traditional Foster Care children whose parents have permanently lost or surrendered their custodial rights, and anyone interested in adoption *Information is available on birth parent reunion, adoptee medical history, medical subsidy, crisis pregnancy centers, adoption agencies, support groups, maternity homes, children in foster care, international adoption and step-parent adoption
