*Confidential, rapid HIV testing at locations throughout Monroe County; call for address of nearest facility, house call HIV tests available *Counseling, referral, and support services for HIV-infected residents of Monroe County *Medical case management, Intensive RN case management with three levels of care, Health Care case management (2 days a week at the clinic) *Clients are referred from the Monroe County Health Department and from the local Guidance Care Clinic, as well as from HIV testing and self referrals *HOPWA housing assistance available with a prioritized wait list of 387 people, assistance based on income and need *Vouchers for nutrition, supplements, and alternative medical care available *Third-party verification/documentation of financial information, HIV status, Mental Health and Substance Abuse or Dual Diagnosis, homelessness, as well as disability.

*Ally development program to promote acceptance and support of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Questioning, Intersexual, Asexual, Pansexual, and Two-Spirit-identifying (LGBTQ+) people *Offers workshops to FSU faculty, staff and students providing training in allyship and contemporary LGBTQ+ issues *Participants may display Safe Zone symbol on campus which denotes knowledge and support for open and understanding environment *Online resourses and educational information available to everyone
