*AS FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE: emergency rental assistance or emergency utility assistance require that rent or utilities be past due; assistance with deposits or first month's rent not available
*Assistance limited to either rent or utilities (not both) one time every 12 months per household
*To get rent or utility assistance, the client must currently have enough income to cover routine monthly expenses; programs such as SSI disability, child support, TANF, Worker's Compensation, Unemployment Benefits or any regular income from a verifiable source.
