*Client Relations Coordinators (CRC's) handle difficulties, complaints, concerns or inquiries regarding services provided by the Department of Children and Families
*Client inquiries assessed when persons call the main number and are routed to the corresponding team
*DCF services that CRC's typically provide assistance with or investigate include but are not limited to Medicaid, Food Stamps/SNAP, Temporary Cash Assistance (TCA, TANF), Child and Adult Protective Investigations and Protective Services, Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services
*Generally, contacting a CRC is used as a last recourse when a consumer has reasonably tried everything else to resolve their issue(s)
